Celebrate Karen Duke’s Career & Retirement
Karen Duke retired as Associate General Counsel at A. O. Smith Corp. earlier this year. During her career, she served as WEJF’s President of the Board of Directors in 2010, served as a board member for years before that, and continued to serve on the Board and Executive Committee through her retirement.
Plans are being made for a celebration in Wauwatosa of Karen’s career and retirement and deep commitment to WEJF. The details will be posted here soon. We will celebrate Karen and raise funds for WEJF, a nonprofit organization dear to Karen that helps fund three of the largest providers of civil legal aid for underserved Wisconsinites. All donations made at the event will be matched up to $3,000 by an anonymous donor, so the impact of your gift will be doubled.
Everyone is welcome. Please RSVP to Aly at alynch@wejf.org to help us plan accordingly with food and drinks. Special thanks to members of the WEJF Board of Directors for sponsoring this event.
The mission of WEJF to raise funds and awareness for free civil legal aid services for low-income Wisconsinites remains integral to our justice system.
